Head of Kamensk uncovers U.S. spy net in his town. Is he high?

A major scandal during the meeting of the ruling United Russia party’s Kamensk district branch has sparked after the head of the district Sergei Belousov accused one of the law maker in the local parliament of being an U.S. agent.

Belousov said that Vyacheslav Vegner “was seen repeatedly” in the U.S. embassy in Moscow. In his words Vegner received money there to conduct subversion activity in Kamensk aimed at undermining upcoming presidential elections in March 2018.

Vegner commented in a satirical way saying that his opponent should watch what he is smoking. If he really means it, it makes it probably clear why Kamensk district has had a string of accidents with the heating supply this winter.

Vegner said he would ask FSB to clear the accusation.
