Large potato processing plant to be built in Tyumen Region for $21 M

Agrofirm KRiMM will invest $21 million into Russia’s largest factory  for potato processing. The investment covers the construction of plant facilities in Tyumen Region and the acquisition of equipment. KRiMM will also increase the potato cultivating area by 800 hectares to ensure the raw material supply. The plant will start operating in 2019.

KRiMM was founded in 1999 with assets of «Niva» farm established in 1988. Today  the company is one of the largest holdings in Russia supplying seed potato and vegetables with a cultivated area of more than 30,000 hectares.
